Founder & CEO
Larry L. Gilmore
Larry brings more than two decades of experience across community development, affordable housing, and economic empowerment. A graduate of Iowa State University’s School of Design and Drake University’s MPA program, he began his career managing HUD-subsidized housing and later led national affordable housing strategies with lenders and trade associations.
His work connects community-centered development with entrepreneurship and access to capital. Through Clear Urban Development, Larry helps owners and real estate partners navigate development choices with clarity and a focus on long-term value.
